How to raise repair request for MI , Redmi Tv or Water purifier?

 To raise a repair request for your Mi TV, please click on the below link and fill all the details: 

Step-1 Goto https://miservicemanager.mi.com/customer.html

Step-2 Click on "Select option"

Step-3 Select "On Door Appointment"

Step-4 Enter Serial number of your tv

Step-5 After filling all details submit your form

Step-6 Once you have filled in the details, you will receive a text confirmation. Our engineer will visit you and repair the Mi TV.
