How To raise an installation request for your Mi TV, Redmi Tv?

 

To raise an installation request for your Mi TV, please click on the below link and fill all the details: 

Step-1 Goto https://miservicemanager.mi.com/customer.html

Step-2 Click on "Select option"

Step-3 Select "On Door Appointment"

Step-4 Enter Serial number of your tv

Step-5 After filling all details submit your form

Once you have filled in the details, you will receive a text confirmation. Our engineer will visit you in the slot selected and install the Mi TV.
